The cottage is located in a prime position overlooking Furzeham Green with the views beyond.
At the rear of the cottage there is a bench, table and chairs in a small private courtyard which is a sun-trap for most of the day.
The lounge, dining area and kitchen
are open plan
through the entire length of the house.
There is a T.V. with teletext and video, The kitchen features a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, mashing machine
and dishwasher.
